Directions & Dosage

Hi Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day. Best to take 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach and then an additional capsule in the afternoon on an empty stomach.

Tip: To access tolerance start with only 1-2 capsules each day.
